We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving  business success. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strong business ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and service quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to standard and maintain food quality.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the establishment and increase customer engagement.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively for transaction processing and sales reporting.
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is required, preferably in a quick-service fast food restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Proven track record of training development and team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with cooking techniques and food preparation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guest
Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Min. 3 years experience in a full-service, casual bar/restaurant management position
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
